KIMMINIC provides long-term, sustainable employment to approximately 600 local community members; this will expand to close to 5000 people over the next four to five years. In addition, KIMMINIC provides various employee support services to demonstrate its commitment to the staff and to community well-being and development. Services may include financial and organizational support for funerals and weddings, credit guarantees for family housing and educational investments, superior health care access and provision, emergency support, and tax processing support services.
