Kimminic successfully cultivated food crops alongside the Jatropha trees for purpose of better weed management and contribution to increased food production.

The food crop cultivated are primarily Yams, Soybeans in all three plantations (Bredi, Abease and Yeji), Mangoes in Dinkra and Maize in Bredi, Abease, and Yeji.  For 2012 we intend to introduce the intercropping with peanuts.  All produce will be initially distributed in the local markets.
