Our entire business model for Jatropha capitalizes on a “zero waste, maximum revenue” objective and electrical power generation is a major component of this model. The Jatropha fruit shells and the tree prunnings, both normally considered to be wasted materials, have considerable energy value for the production of process heat and electricity for the extraction and refining plants.

A commercial scale gasification plant will convert these organic materials into combustible gases to be utilized by diesel-powered generators. By 2014 the sale of surplus electricity will become a significant revenue generator.
