KIMMINIC Corporation

Environmentally-Friendly Fuel Solution

Crude Jatropha Oil

Our processing plant uses mechanical extraction to harvest oil from the seeds. This provides optimal oil yield with minimum capital investment. Mechanical extraction removes 90 to 95% of the available oil from the seed cake.

The plant processes 300 to 400 tonnes of Jatropha seeds daily. At 35 to 40 percent oil yield, KIMMINIC Corporation will extract and generate up to 40,000 tonnes of oil in its first full year of operation. This capacity will grow to 180,000 tonnes of oil per year over the next few years.

The Jatropha crude oil is filtered to remove coarse and fine suspended solids, leaving a clear shining crude oil. The oil can be stored up to a year without any loss of quality.

Jatropha crude oil is primarily used as feedstock for power generation, biodiesel production and at times as direct fuel for heavy machinery and equipment.
