KIMMINIC Corporation

Environmentally-Friendly Fuel Solution

Operating Structures

KIMMINIC Corporation operates as the parent of three registered Ghanaian subsidiaries which are responsible for the operation of the Jatropha plantations, the production of crude Jatropha oil, biodiesel and all by-products, and finally, the transportation logistics for movement of seeds, oil and other by-products.

KIMMINIC Corporation owns 100 percent of all its subsidiaries.

Kimminic Estates Limited (KEL), the operator of the plantations, has joint-venture agreements with Traditional Councils for the plantation and cultivation of Jatropha seeds. KEL owns 75 per cent of each plantation, with the various land-holding Traditional Councils owning the remaining 25 per cent. The plantations are, therefore, joint ventures between KEL and the traditional councils.

Kimminic Oil Limited (KOL) owns and operates the oil extraction and biodiesel refining and by-product production facilities, including organic fertilizer production.

Kimminic Logistics Limited (KLL) owns and operates the transportation infrastructure for the movement of seeds, oil, biodiesel and fertilizer from the plantations and the processing plants to their various market destinations or ports of export.
